These notices apply to all information that cWyze Inc. ("cWyze" or "we" or "us") collects and all interactions with our users though our web site and online interactions that we directly operate (our "Environment"). These notices do not apply to any information collected or any interactions outside of our Environment. These notices do not reflect or apply to any other persons or companies, such as the advertisers that we bring to you.

Data we may collect from browsers — When a user visits or uses our Environment, we may collect non-personal information about the user's browser and how the user interacts with advertising and promotions. Sometimes our Environment may be used without you providing us with any personal information.
Data we may collect from users — We may ask for personal information about you or other users. Of course, you are not required to provide personal information to us. Personal information we may collect includes name and email address, demographic information such as gender, education, birth date, preferences, and interests, and any other information requested from you. We may supplement this information with information collected from others.
Why do we collect it? — We summarize information about the interactions between a user's browser and our Environment for reporting to publishers and other cWyze clients about engagement with cWyze-powered advertisements and promotions. We also summarize this data for reporting to clients so campaigns can be better managed.
We do sometimes get additional data from third parties —. We may receive data from third parties about the past behavior of a user. This data would only be reported in a manner consistent with other data we collect.
Anonymous offline consumer data and online browser activity — We have a proprietary capability that allows us to bring offline consumer information and online browser activity together in a de-identified manner; one that does not use personal information. We use this non-personal information to provide marketers with reports that help them understand the true impact of their campaigns. We believe the de-identified data we collect does not identify any person, but we are still testing to make sure that this data may not be tied back to a consumer's identity.
Third Party Data Sharing — Our Environment uses technology from third parties to help us analyze non-personal information about a user's browser visits to our web site. We also share the data we collect (both non-personal information and personal information) with our marketers, advertisers, clients and business partners. Some content and features of our web site are presented with other companies. If you choose to use that content or use those features, your information may be collected and used both by us and by those other companies. Use of your information by those other companies for their own purposes is not controlled by cWyze and is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. Your California Privacy Rights identifies the practices of cWyze Inc. and its affiliates (collectively, “cWyze”) as they relate to the use and sharing of personal information about California residents collected through our Environment.
Under the law of the State of California, California residents who provide personal information via a website or other online service, such as this website, may request and obtain from cWyze once each calendar year for information about the personal information cWyze shared, if any, with other businesses for their own direct marketing uses. Where applicable, this information would include the categories of personal information, and the names and addresses of those businesses with which cWyze shared personal information for the prior calendar year.
